Description
This Masterclass empowers biogas professionals to maximise financial performance and explains how to use the value of risk‑mitigating Biogas Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
The biogas industry is rapidly evolving. Plant owners face the increasing need to improve financial performance, while off‑takers and investors demand transparent and reliable Biogas Purchase Agreements. This masterclass brings these worlds together.
Participants will gain a good understanding of the financial drivers of anaerobic digestion (AD) plants and the commercial, strategic, and contractual foundations of BPAs. Through hands‑on tools, reporting templates, KPI frameworks, and examples of robust BPAs, participants will learn how to analyse financial performance and strengthen financial resilience.
Furthermore, participants will gain insight into the effective setup of BPAs and understand how to balance financial objectives with operational feasibility and long-term strategic alignment.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to confidently interpret financial data, identify financial optimisation opportunities with the help of robust BPAs, and understand how these agreements influence the broader business plan and investment case.
