    3. If your organisation wishes to publicly endorse the European Renewable Gases Training Centre (ERGTC), we will collect: first name, last name email and bank details of the person registering to the specific training.

    1. Your personal data is processed by EBA and Morris & Chapman is contractually obligated to handle your data exclusively in line with the applicable data protection laws and this policy.
    2. Personal data may also be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or to other third parties, in each case to comply with legal, regulatory, or national security obligations or requests.
  6.  How long do we store your personal data?

    7. Your personal data will be retained only for the purposes of this training. After this period, personal data will be deleted by EBA.

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request from EBA access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing in certain cases.
