Lucile Sever is Senior Policy Advisor at the European Biogas Association in charge of following the Circular Economy dossiers. She is dealing with legislation related to agriculture and environment and coordinates the EBA Working Group Circular Economy. Previously, she worked for INRAE – the French Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment.
